All our sessions are open to 8 to 17 years olds.
Don't have a bike? Don't worry, we have a variety of sizes for all levels of cyclists to lend.

Saturday Training (13:00 - 15:00)

Coaches: Daniel Davies, Mollie Dacey

  • 13:00 – 14:15 Run and Cycle
  • 14:30 – 15:00 Swimming

Sunday Morning Training (10:00 - 12:00)

Coaches: Daniel Davies, Rob Floyd, Liam Adams, Megan Dafydd

  • 10:00 – 11.15 Run or cycle alternating each week
  • 11.30 – 12:00 Swimming

Sunday Afternoon Training (12:30 - 14:30)

Coaches: Ryan Phillips

  • 12:30 – 13.45 Run and Cycle
  • 13:45 – 14:30 Swimming

Monday Training (18:00 - 20:00)
